Refund policy

We offer an exchange policy within 7 days of package arrival.  If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or size, please return for store credit.

The only exception to the exchange policy is for custom designed work.  We want your complete satisfaction while shopping with us, so if there is needed alterations and/or adjustments, please discuss prior to shipment to help ensure an ideal fit.  There's no exchanges or refunds on custom work.
